How do I Request External Meeting Space?

The NAVC Veterinary Meeting and Expo 2025 (VMX) provides a venue where you can host internal company meetings, special customer events, and receptions.


All requests for additional meeting rooms, banquet functions and ancillary activities during the meeting must be submitted to NAVC. The purpose of this policy is not to prohibit bona fide activities such as alumni receptions and promotional events by our sponsors, but to avoid conflicts and to coordinate such activities for maximum participant benefit. The hotel will only schedule officially approved events by NAVC.


If you are requesting multiple room sizes or types you will need to fill out a request form for each size or type. 

Date(s) to schedule your meetings are Saturday, January 25, 2025 through Wednesday, January 29, 2025 (based on availability).

If you are booking on behalf of an Exhibitor/Sponsor/University please search for that Company.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT HOTELS DIRECTLY.
