What is included in my booth?

A standard 10x10 (100 SF) Commercial Booth will receive the following:

  1. Four (4) complimentary badges with full exhibitor privileges (lunch, evening entertainment, and scientific sessions with CE).  

  2. Three (3) additional complimentary badges with full exhibitor privileges (lunch, evening entertainment, and scientific sessions with CE) for every additional 100 SF.  Any additional badges above the allotment are subject to additional fees. Please see the VMX 2020 Expo Hall Badge Policy.

  3. Company listing in the Official Program Guide, NAVC Website, the VMX 2020 Mobile App, Expo Hall Map and other media as determined by NAVC.

  4. Pipe and drape with company signage

Please note that your booth DOES NOT include the following*:   

  1. Carpet (required)

  2. Electrical

  3. Internet

  4. Chairs

  5. Furniture

  6. Trash Can

  7. Cleaning

  8. Lead Retrieval

A Not-For-Profit Booth (standard 10x10 or 100 SF) will receive the following:

  1. Two (2) complimentary badges with full exhibitor privileges (lunch, evening entertainment, and scientific sessions with CE).  

  2. Company listing in the Official Program Guide, NAVC Website, the VMX 2020 Mobile App, Expo Hall Map and other media as determined by NAVC.
