The Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians (AEMV), and the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV) will join together in St. Louis, MO, to host Building Exotics Excellence: One City, One Conference. The 2019 conference is in conjunction with AAZV. We look forward to attracting a record-breaking number of veterinary professionals for classroom and hands-on education, networking, and opportunities to meet with new and potential vendor contacts.

Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by September 13, 2019. Refunds will be issued within 45 days after the conference, and a $50 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. It is ExoticsCon’s policy that a fee of $35 will be charged for return checks marked NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds). This fee will be added to the outstanding balance. **A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee. Transfers may also be done on-site provided the registrant canceling has not checked in and has not picked up Conference materials. A $25 transfer fee applies to all transfers. ExoticsCon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event. In that case, ExoticsCon shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Accordingly, ExoticsCon shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above.
