  • Your username is the email address associated with your VetFolio account. Usernames that are not an email are no longer valid. Please contact for assistance.
  • Try resetting your password by clicking the Forgot Your Password? link on the sign in page. If you do not receive the password reset email right away, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive this email, please contact, as your account may have been retired due to inactivity. 
  • If you are a Banfield employee, ensure you are using your email address. (Your email address will not work.)
