The most common reason for this error message is because the email address is already in use for a different user type. If the email address was first used to register a jobseeker account on the NAVC Retriever app and you are now attempting to use the same email address to register or login as an employer on the NAVC Retriever website, an error message will show as this is not allowed.
Steps to remedy the situation:
Use a different email address to register the second account
Contact us at email@example.com and we will delete the appropriate user account
