What are the payment terms?

Exhibit space fee of 50% of the total is due at the time of booking in order to hold the space in the Exhibitor's name until the full payment is received. If paying by company check, ACH, or Wire Transfer, payment must be received within 15 days net upon receipt of the invoice. If the 50% non-refundable deposit is not received on the due date, booth space will be released. The remaining or full payment is due on October 1, 2022. Exhibit applications received after October 1, 2022, must include full payment.
