If your name no longer appears on the certified learner database, it is because it is time for you to recertify. Our database removes learners after 2 years of passing the certification. If you have not received the email link to recertify or have not hit the 2 year expiration yet, please email us at support@vetfolio.com or chat us using the blue chat bubble to get it taken care of.
Please note: It can take up to 2 business days for any changes to be made to the database.
