What if I try to create a new account and my email address already exists?

If you receive the message below, you will need to reset your password. 

Click on Log In:

To reset your password, click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email and click 'Continue'

You will be prompted to check your email:

Find the email with the subject 'Password Change Request'

Click 'Confirm Password Change'

Enter new password, click 'Reset Password'.

You will see a confirmed Password Change image.

Click "Back to VMX Registration".

You will land here.  Enter your email and new password to enter the registration process.
