Provide a letter of enrollment or a currenttranscript from your school that includes the following:
- Your name
- Field of study (must be veterinary related)
- Proof of Current Fall and/or Spring of the next year's enrollment
- ****Penn Foster Students MUST submit either current transcripts, or a screenshot of their full dashboard that includes, Name, Date, and the list of current active classes.****
This must be uploaded during the registration process to submit your registration form.
