Recent Veterinary Graduates Documentation:
Provide a diploma or transcript for Veterinary medicine reflecting graduation within the last two years from the date of VMX.
Veterinary Resident/Intern Documentation:
Provide a letter of acceptance on company/college letterhead that includes the following:
Your name
Field of study (must be veterinary related)
Current date of acceptance
Senior Veterinarian:
A copy of your driver's license will be required to be uploaded during the registration process.
Students:
Provide a letter of enrollment or transcript from your school that includes the following:
Your name
Field of study (must be veterinary related)
Proof of Current Fall and/or Spring of the next year's enrollment
