Premium Content can only be purchased while acting as a learner. You will not be able to purchase this from the Administrator Dashboard.
To purchase premium content, simply click the Enter Learner Dashboard option in the upper-right side of the Administrator Dashboard to go to your Learner Dashboard. From your Learner Dashboard, you can search for the premium content you wish to purchase in the course catalog and proceed with your purchase.
