If you are unable to hit the view certificate button after completing a live webinar, it is because you need to set up your VetFolio account first. You can do this by finding the email invite sent over from VetFolio or you can hit forgot password on the log in screen here: https://www.vetfolio.com/learn/sign_in?return_to=%2Flearn%2F
After you get your account set up, you will be able to view your certificates in your learner dashboard under the "Certificates" tab.
