If you are having trouble hearing any audio from VetFolio, please run through these few steps to solve the issue:
-Ensure your volume on your device is turned all the way up
-Ensure the sound on the course is turned all the way up (this is only on some courses, screenshot below for an example)
-If you are using a mobile device, be sure to double check that your ring/silent switch is turned to ring and not silent. (Please note: this last bullet is an issue for Iphone and Ipad users)
Here are steps to ensure your ringer is on: If the switch shows orange, it means your iPhone is in silent mode and will vibrate for incoming calls or alerts. When in silent mode, the alarms you set in the Clock app will still sound, and calls from Favorite contacts will still ring.
