I'm having issues with multi-factor authentication (MFA) on VetFolio.

Multi-Factor Authentication, also known as MFA or Two-Factor Authentication, is a great way to encourage secure logins. If you enabled MFA on your account, you will be prompted to complete a secondary verification each time you log in. On the Sign In page, after entering your email and password, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code, which will be sent to the authenticator tool you have downloaded on your mobile device. While most authenticator tools can be used with VetFolio, we recommend using Google Authenticator, which is available for free on your mobile device in your app store. If you have not yet downloaded and set up an authenticator tool, you can find helpful information about how to do that here.

NOTE: The instructions below are crafted using Google Authenticator, so if you use a different tool, specific directions may vary. If you still have issues, please email us at support@vetfolio.com

1. Click the Sign In option in the top right corner of the VetFolio homepage.

2. Enter your email and password and click the Sign In button.

3. In your authenticator app on your mobile device, find the verification code, then hit the Verify button.

IMPORTANT: Verification codes expire very quickly. You will see in the example below a partial circle beside the code, and once the circle fully disappears, the code is no longer valid.
