- Check Your Spam Folder: Look for an email containing your BigMarker session link sent from info@vetfolio.com.
- Contact Support: If you cannot find the email in your spam or junk folder, please email support@vetfolio.com for assistance, or chat with us using the blue chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the screen so we can resend it.
