VMX Registration includes all general sessions and they are open to all paid attendees. Some sessions will have overflow rooms to allow more attendees to attend.
All Industry breakfasts/lunches and evening sessions are free for all attendees. VMX Registration includes all general sessions and they are open to all paid attendees. Some sessions will have overflow rooms to allow more attendees to attend. Any meals provided by the sponsor are first Come, first Served.
No pre-registration is required, room capacities may limit in-room seating and meal availability.
Room scanners will have signs indicating if space and meals are available.
Once capacity has been met, you can use the VMX mobile app to listen to the session and view the Powerpoint or go to the overflow room (if the session is being streamed there).
Workshops, Meet the Professor lunches, Master Classes, and Tours are paid electives. These are not included in general registration and require an added fee. You can view electives HERE.
Please note: Guests, including minor children and infants, are not allowed into any scientific sessions.
