Any reservation can be canceled with no cancellation fee charged until October 4, 2026. VMX Cancellation Fees from October 5 to November 1 will be $75.00; from November 2 - November 29 will be $100.00; from November 30 to December 27, 2026 will be $150.00, and from December 28 to arrival will be $200.00. Cancellation fee charges will appear on your credit card statement as "CONFDIRECT*VMX2027". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee.
Exhibitors with Sub-Blocks:
There will be a $275 cancellation fee for any guest room cancelled anytime after Monday, Nov. 9, 2026. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*VMX2027". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee. Individual hotel cancellation fees also apply. Please see those cancellation fees and policies on the housing site when booking.
NOTE: Cancellation fees do not apply when changing your dates of stay
Additionally, each hotel has its own cancellation policy – the hotel requires cancellations to be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
Early Departure Fee: For any changes to your departure date, please notify the hotel at least 72 hours before check-in to avoid any Early Departure Fee charges. Please refer to your acknowledgement email to see if your hotel has an early departure fee.
