If sessions you wish to attend reach capacity, you can still tune in. Simply scan the QR code displayed outside the session room to join the livestream from your phone using any headphones you bring from home. Next, head to the Expo Hall where we have a comfortable place for you to sit inside the Virtual Learning Lounge. Inside the Virtual Lounge, you can also tune in to the big screens for some sessions by scanning the code beside the session you wish to watch.
You can also sign into the app and watch it onsite on the NAVC Events App.
Please note: This is a quiet lounge, and you must bring your own headphones to tune in to sessions.
Children and babies are not allowed in the Learning Lounge. We do offer a parent room you can use and stream through the app.
