I am a Banfield employee but when I hit "Forgot Password" why am I not receiving an email?

If you are a Banfield employee and the "Forgot Password" function is not sending you an email, be sure you are using your first name/last name format Banfield email address, no initials (ex:rachel.smith@banfield.com).

If it continues to not work and you have been employed for longer than 45 days, reach out to support@vetfolio.com.
