What if I am unable to sign into my VetFolio account?

If you are unable to log into VetFolio, please read through the tips below. If you are still unable to log in, please email us at support@vetfolio.com for additional assistance.

  • Your username is the email address associated with your VetFolio account. Usernames that are not an email are no longer valid. Please contact support@vetfolio.com for assistance.
  • Try resetting your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in page. If you do not receive the password reset email right away, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive this email, please contact support@vetfolio.com, as your account may have been retired due to inactivity. 
  • If you are a Banfield employee, ensure you are using your firstname.lastname@banfield.com email address. (Your employeeID#@banfield.com email address will not work.)
