- Your username is the email address associated with your VetFolio account. Usernames that are not an email are no longer valid. Please contact support@vetfolio.com for assistance.
- Try resetting your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in page. If you do not receive the password reset email right away, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive this email, please contact support@vetfolio.com, as your account may have been retired due to inactivity.
- If you are a Banfield employee, ensure you are using your firstname.lastname@banfield.com email address. (Your employeeID#@banfield.com email address will not work.)
